Sydney graduated from Camosun college with a Bachelor of Athletic and Exercise Therapy. She continues to pursue further education in her field including; strength and conditioning, concussion care and manual massage techniques.
Sydney has worked with equestrian Olympians, women’s rugby 7’s and national field hockey teams. As well as, high school and university level rugby, soccer, basketball and volleyball.
Before completing her degree in Athletic Therapy, she competed as an international show jumping athlete. Her career highlights include representing BC at the Canadian Equestrian Team finals in Toronto, competing on the Canadian young rider team at the NAYRC in Colorado, and winning a Grand Prix at Thunderbird Show Park in Langley.
She is eager to combine her competitive background with the desire to help people recover from injuries and return to their sport or activities of daily living. When Sydney is not working in a clinical setting, or on the field with athletes, she can be found training and competing horses.
